Brenda and I went kayaking down the James River in Lynchburg, Virginia. It was incredibly hot! Brenda and I both got a little sunburned. It was a nine mile stretch of river and it took us about three hours. The water was very low. I kept getting stuck on the rocks :( We had a great time though!
